    Regents Park

    Tuesdays at 7:00am

    Steady anti-clockwise laps of Regents Park for 45 minutes, followed by coffee.

    Meet: 7:00am at corner of Outer circle and Saint Andrew’s Place NW1 (Royal College of Physicians)

    Average ride pace: 22-27kmph

  • WEEKLY


    Richmond Park

    Thursdays at 9:30am

    Steady clockwise laps of Richmond Park, followed by coffee. Alternating Thursday’s will be a longer ride after 1 lap out into Surrey.

    Meet: 9.30am at Roehampton Gate Cafe, Richmond Park (inside Roehampton Gate park entrance, SW15)

    Average ride pace: 22-27kmph

  • MONTHLY


    Bike & Brunch

    Sunday 8th October

    On the second Sunday of each month we ride somewhere different, to explore beautiful places on our bikes. Followed by a delicious brunch. Average speed between 24-27kmph.

  • Essex London Chapter Ride

    Sunday 24th September

    A 100km loop out into the Epping forest and up to Blackmore for coffee. This is an intermediate, no drop ride with an average pace of 25-27kmph.

  • Tour of East Devon

    Saturday 14th October

    A ride of the stunning rolling hills of Devon. Distance is 66kms with just over 1,000 meters of climbing. Average speed between 22-27kmph, it will likely take 3 hours and is a no-drop ride.

  • North London Chapter Ride

    Sunday 15th October

    A route of around 80kms through the North London hills with a post ride coffee of course. This is a intermediate level ride, average speed of 27kmph.

Come and ride with us

We hold morning rides in central and south-west London that focus on building fitness, as well as improving climbing and bike-handling skills. These rides alternate between hilly and flat routes.

On the second Sunday of each month, we Bike & Brunch – venturing outside of London for a 70-100 km ride, followed by a delicious brunch.

We're a laid-back group and encourage all levels of experience. If you’re unsure whether or not one of our rides is for you, please contact us or come along to a Thursday morning Richmond Park ride

All of our rides involve a pre- or post-ride coffee.

Some important details… Men are of course welcome, but women set the pace. Please note all of these rides are not supported and are undertaken at your own risk.

We recommend you cycle on a road bike and are a confident rider with cleats. Please also carry a pump and tube for any punctures and nutrition to get you through the ride if you require it.
